
Stephanie Sigman, a Mexican-American actress. Her first role was in the film Miss Bala, a Mexican crime-drama film Miss Bala. She went on to be seen in Pioneer (2013), Spectre (2015), Going Under (2016), and Annabelle: Creation (2017). Sigman was a star in Narcos (2015), S.W.A.T. (2017) and the second season of both series. Sigman was born to a Mexican mom and an American father, Lee Sigman, who is a New York Yankees scout. She is an American citizen by virtue of her father. Her father, the former baseball player Kenneth Ray Sigman was her mother. Her career began in Mexican television before she made her film debut in Rio de Oro. In 2011, she played the leading role of Laura Guerrero in the Mexican crime drama film Miss Bala. The film was chosen as the Mexican entry in the Best Foreign Language Film at the Oscar Awards, but it was not on the shortlist.
